Free Trial Periods:
We occasionally provide free trial periods for our services or products. During these trials, you won’t face any credit card charges. The specific dates and durations of these trials will be prominently displayed on our website, with advance notices sent to our customers.
If you choose to continue your subscription after the free trial period (which lasts a minimum of 1 calendar day), your credit card will be charged the amount specified during the trial. Kindly note that no refunds will be issued after this point.
Monthly Subscription Billing (Automatic Recurring Billing – ARB):
For services billed on a monthly basis through ARB, your credit card will be charged on the anniversary month following your initial registration date. This billing cycle will persist unless you cancel your subscription at least one (1) day before the billing date.
Yearly Subscriptions:
Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for yearly subscriptions once the initial registration is completed.
Maintaining Payment Information:
To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, it’s imperative for all customers to keep their payment information updated. This includes promptly updating credit card details and expiration dates as required. Failure to maintain current payment information or proper account records may lead to the suspension of account services without prior notification.
